Montclair Art Classes provides digital goods (courses, toolkits, templates, and guides). Once purchased, these files are available for instant download and cannot be physically returned. Because of this nature, we follow a clear and fair refund policy to protect both our customers and our work.


Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
  2. Technical Issues – If the product file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed despite following instructions, and our support team is unable to resolve it.
  3. Misrepresentation – If the delivered product does not match the description on our website.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has already been downloaded successfully.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You lack the required software/tools to use the files (we list all supported formats on product pages).
  • The issue is due to device incompatibility outside the listed requirements.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Provide your order number, product name, and a clear explanation of the issue.
  3. If eligible, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Since our products are digital, we do not offer product exchanges. However, if you experience difficulties, our team may provide alternate file formats or updated versions at no extra cost.
